LAY PEOPLE TAKING LEADERSHIP ROLES IN THE DIOCESE OF KERRY

The new volunteer Ministry of the Lay Pastoral Leader is being introduced as a response to the changing needs of parish communities. The lay pastoral leaders will work alongside the clergy in pastoral areas. Their role will be to lead, co-ordinate and support different aspects of parish life.  If you are interested in this ministry leaflets are available at the back of each Church and further information is on www.dioceseofkerry.ie

PARISH OFFICE WILL BE CLOSED UNTIL NEXT WEDNESDAY.

             EASTER BLESSING

May the Lord bless you this Easter time;

bless you with faith, guard you against doubt;

bless you with hope, uplift you in despair;

bless you with love, keep you from fear;

bless you with peace, calm you in trouble;

bless you with mercy, help you forgive;

bless you with joy, comfort you in sorrow

so your heart may rejoice in the Risen Lord.

 I take this opportunity to wish you a happy and holy Easter and to thank you for the continued support you give to our Parish……..Fr. Fitzgerald
