Clover Hill Food Ingredients Ltd, has reached the final of the SFA National Small Business Awards

Local Cork family company, Clover Hill Food Ingredients Ltd, has reached the final of the SFA National Small Business Awards.

The winner will be announced this Wednesday, the 13th of April, at a presentation ceremony in the RDS.

Clover Hill is based in Millstreet since 1983 and now has 43 employees.

Since commencing manufacturing five years ago the business has developed bread, cake and seed mixes which are used in bakeries all over Ireland.

Clover Hill is also an Enterprise Ireland client company and has recently had some success in export markets.

Managing Director, Dan Buckley, believes the success of the business has been driven by “dedicated staff, hard work, a vibrant R&D department and the odd bit of luck’’.
