In the second of a two-part programme on ‘Where the road takes me’ this week, John Greene once again invites you to join him on a virtual ‘here , there & everywhere’ tour of Mid Cork. 

Rosaleen Tonson-Rye tells us how her parents rebuilt their home near Crookstown, after the stately version had been burned in 1921.

Now retired as a trainer himself, Jimmy Gordon tells us how he learned the ropes, or reins of his trade working for legendary horse trainer Vincent O’Brien at Churchtown.
