“Radio Treasures” Tonight Features True Gems – from 9.30 to 11.00 pm on CMS!

Tonight…on this Tuesday, 1st September 2020… on “Radio Treasures” broadcast on Cork Music Station 9:30 to 11:00pm we feature our regular items with a splendid blend of uplifting songs and music as well as a variety of interesting musings.  Tonight’s Show includes:

Recent rainbow at Millstreet Town Park.
  1.  Interview at 10pm with Gillian and Joyce Dennehy – grand daughters of the late great Artist and Craftsman supreme – Den Dennehy of Fitzelle’s Hollow on Drishane Road.  Den was the Chief Designer of the outdoor Millstreet Corpus Christi Altar (pictured below).   And we also talk with
    Maggie Mai Walking Group from Cork and Kerry about to climb Clara Mountain this Tuesday morning.

    Dan Duggan of West End and listen to his memories of Den.  And we look back at Corpus Christi Processions of past decades – especially in 1999.
