Centenarian Presentation – Photograph taken on the occasion of a presentation to Miss Ellen Kelleher, S.R.N. C.M.B. formerly of Meenskehy, Derinagree, on the occasion of her 100th Birthday. The photograph was taken at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Millstreet, where Miss Kelleher has been a patient for the past three years. When admitted to the hospital she had her appendix removed, and also broke a leg, but Miss Kelleher is none the worst for her misadventure. Very Rev. P. Canon Browne, P.P., V.F., Millstreet, presented the President’s £50 cheque and also included in the group is Rev. L. Kelly, C.C., Dromtarriffe. [Sept 16th 1972]
