Fondest greetings dear friends, on this glorious Tuesday Morning. At  the moment the air is calm and the sun is warm and bright with some lovely fluffy clouds dangling around the blue sky.  A joy to behold, if ever there was one. It may all change in a short time but like all the good things in life, catch them while they’re flying.

Our Active Retired held their annual Mass and registration event last night. A large crowd attended following the Mass some welcome refreshments were enjoyed at the Parish Centre. Registration was held both before and after and for €35 members are entitled to take part in the activities of the Group for the coming year and be covered by their insurance. Each member was given a list of the everyday activities of the group, which included a list the Entertainment/Events that they have planned for the coming months.  The Active Retired Association is open the both men and women ,and it is regrettable that men do not avail of the opportunity of being part of a friendly  and open group.
