Eurovision Night 2021 – 28 years after the Millstreet 1993 Eurovision occasion – The town greets from Macroom the 28th Cork Venturer Scout Troop pictured at West End Car Park, Millstreet on Sat. evening 22nd May 2021 about to go on a night hike up Clara Mountain. Brian O’Leary – Artist Supreme – wearing his unique mask with the “Guns and Roses” logo. Brian has for years been a dedicated fan of the world famous Band.
A visit some couple of years ago of Taoiseach Mícheál Martin, T.D. to Millstreet Museum where he was very impressed to view a feature donated by Jerry Lehane of key-rings showing the photos of all previous Fianna Fáil Taoisigh.
