New Term Yoga, Tai Chi and Meditation Classes

Happy New Year! May 2020 bring happiness and abundance to all! Here is the new term classes schedule:

Monday’s ( from Jan 20th 5 weeks)
10am – Level 1
6pm – Level 1
8pm – Level 1 ( Kilcorney) 

Tuesdays ( from Jan 21st 5 weeks)
10am – Infinite Tai Chi, Chi Kung, Meditation

Wednesdays ( from Jan 15th 6 weeks)
10am – Beginners Yoga
6.30pm – Level 2
8pm – Level 1

Thursdays
7-8pm New Gentle Yoga and Meditation
8pm – Infinite Tai Chi, Chi Kung, Meditation

RESTORATIVE YOGA – February 14th 7-9pm

SATURDAY FLOW and MEDITATION – February 1st 10am -12
&
STRENGTH & STAMINA -February 1st 2-4pm
