As always our thoughts and prayers are with the family, their relations, neighbours and friends at this sad time. – Parents Association Clondrohid NS & Clondrohid Community Hall Committee.
We thank Presenter, John Greene for advance notice regarding this Sept. 1st 2019 Sunday evening’s programme at 7pm on C103. (S.R.)
You Know the old saying – ‘It’s an ill wind that doesn’t blow some good’.
And you can apply this to the Furey Brothers who were formed by accident, as a result of an accident.
Now, over forty years together, they have been entertaining audiences worldwide ever since.

Playing inside Carnegie Hall and busking outside of it.
Coping with the death of Paul, and the departure of Finbarr.
And in between the chat, there’s music as well, including ‘Sweet Sixrteen’, and the story behind it.
