Millstreet Vintage Club make Presentation to Spinal Injuries Ireland and Breast Cancer Ireland

Millstreet Vintage Club were delighted to Present two Cheques to Andrew O`Sullivan who along with a number of other Cyclists went from Mizen Head to Malin Head for two very worthy causes namely Spinal Injuries Ireland and Breast Cancer Ireland recently,the Cycle was spearheaded by Kildare Man Mark Nugent who suffered life changing Injuries in an Accident back in April 2016 which left him wheelchair-bound,Mark completed the Route with his specially adapted bicycle which he pedaled by hand and was joined by one of his best Friends Mary Fitzgerald who is recovering from breast cancer and had not been on a bike for 35 years before January of this year,the Cycle took 5 days to complete and the Group were welcomed by Millstreet Vintage Club to Dromtariffe Hall where they had Refreshments and an overnight Base with the Vintage Club delighted to be associated with two great Causes and the Club would like to wish the very best of luck to them both for the future.
