Christmas Pantomime: Cinderella!
Its Panto time once again and we are delighted to bring you the most loved fairy story of all time “Cinderella”. This year’s production is action packed with the best of comedy to suit all from ages 3 to 93 with many of your favourite players. The lovely Cinderella is played by the very experienced Kelly Ann Healy who will bring you wonderful singing while her dreams and wishes all come true with the help of the magical fairy queen, played by Lorraine Casey.
Her Prince Charming is played by Panto newcomer Donal Ó Ceallaigh who is ably assisted by his cousin Dandini – Gerard Collins. The King is played by another well-seasoned performer – Pat Kelleher who is assisted by his very dedicated secretary – Mary Lynch. Comedy in abundance is provided by the usual suspects, Jim Leahy as Dame Daisy, Ulgy Sister’s Roseviolet and Sweetpea played by Padraig O’ Driscoll & Kevin Moynihan and the superbly talented Darragh Murphy as Buttons creates as much confusion as possible for the unsuspecting sisters.
The local postman and nosey gossip played by David Leahy also contributes to the fun, while Con Foley, the palace guard has the task of making sure the slipper fits the right foot while keeping order at the Grand Ball.
As always you will enjoy once again the much-loved chorus of tiny tots who will warm the hearts of the audience with their innocent smiles and beautiful songs. Dancing and singing to the music of the great Elvis are the teenage chorus with soloists, Martin McCarthy, Julie Dunne and Con Foley.
There is also an exceptional production team working behind the scenes to help create a Panto which everyone has to see, don’t miss out!!
