TRÓCAIRE APPEAL

An emergency church appeal will take place at all Masses next weekend (22nd/23rd) for Trócaire’s work in Eastern Africa where they are responding to prolonged drought which has led to severe food shortages.

At all Masses next weekend a box will be placed at the back of each Church for any donation you wish to make.

  • EUROPEAN EVENTING CHAMPIONSHIPS PARADE commences on Wednesday 19th July at The Square at 6.30p.m. with participants from 16 countries. This will be followed by entertainment in the Green Glens.  Entrance free, all welcome.  Your support is appreciated.
  • CULLEN & DISTRICT SPECIAL NEEDS ASSOCIATION: Meeting on this Monday night (17th) at 8.00p.m.
  • ANNUAL HARVEST AFTERNOON FESTIVAL on next Sunday 23rd July in Cullen GAA Grounds. Fun for all the family.
  • CEMETERY MASSES: Tuesday 18th July – Old Dromtariffe Cemetery at 7.30p.m. and Tuesday 25th July – Dromagh Cemetery at 7.30p.m. 
  • THE FRIENDS OF THE CHILDREN OF CHERNOBYL RATHMORE BRANCH is celebrating their 21st year of hosting Belarussian children & their interpreters. To honour this occasion there will be a special Mass on Wednesday 19th July at 7.30p.m. in Rathmore Church followed by light refreshments in Teach Iosagain.
