“The Michael Commins Show” on Sky 389 on Tuesday night 11pm to midnight (7th Feb. 2017) was absolutely excellent featuring Annmarie O’Riordan, Slim Whitman, Jimmy Shand and a superb sequence with Big Tom, Rose and Paddy Cole in Castleblaney (2014)….and lots more including Gene Stuart. We very much encourage you to view either the Friday (5-6pm) or the Saturday (10-11pm) repeat showings. This superb new Country & Western plus Irish Television Channel is called “Keep It Country” T.V. on Sky 389.
This week’s Show is really marvellous viewing.  (S.R.)

  1. Love your show. I am great fan of The great Marty Robbins.Don Williams.and Bobby Bare…….It’s great too hear more of their music….Thanks again… Bridget Droughts

    1. I second your choices Marty Robbins a legend, my favourite is Hank Snow, “last ride” my top C & W song.

  2. Thank you for playing Iris Dement and The Whites. Real Country Music. Keep New Country out. Best show on music television. More please.

  3. Love your TV Show For many years I presented a pirate radio show a mixture of country gold, bluegrass, cajun, and Texas dance music i.e. Bob Willis etc. Would you play something for me by the following artists The Whites, The Lee Valley String Band, The Handsome Family, Webb Pierce, Asleep at the Wheel and a great Irish artist John Beag O’Fleartha from Galway. Food for thought HA HA Keep up the good work not a lot of Programme’s like yours for an old music fan like myself.

    Regards
