A sincere note of thanks to the people and community of Millstreet and surrounding areas who supported Millstreet Post Office over the last eighteen years.

  1. Patricia – We wish to extend our sincere thanks to your good self, your wonderfully dedicated Staff and superb Postmen for the truly magnificent Post Office service which you have provided to all in Millstreet Parish over the past 18 years. The cheerfulness, support, patience and efficiency – a tremendous inspiration to us all. We recall the many occasions on which you all gave of your utmost such as the promotion of the new zebra crossing close to the Post Office (such a praiseworthy development in the interest of safety). We also remember your marvellously enthusiastic approach when the Christmas 2014 national stamp depicted the Harry Clarke window in St. Patrick’s Church, Millstreet. We wish you, Aindrias and Family all the very best in the future. Great has been your hugely appreciated contribution to the life of Millstreet. We also echo your best wishes to our good Friend and Postman supreme Noel Keating who had just retired following many superb years of excellent and consistently obliging service. We extend heartfelt welcome to the New Management and wish all every success in the years ahead in the Millstreet area. Our Post Office is so central to Millstreet life and is very much appreciated by all.
