Crowley (Nee Shaw) (Lucan and formerly of Millstreet and Dungarvan) August 15th 2016 (peacefully) in the loving care of the staff at The Hermitage Hospital, Ethna (Colleen) beloved wife of the late Ted and dear mother of Henry, Mary, Teddy, Pam and the late Con and Joan. Sadly missed by her loving family, son-in-law Gerry, daughters-in-law Gina, Mary and Julie, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sister-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Rest in Peace.
Removal from Cunningham’s Funeral Home, Lucan to St. Patrick’s Church, Esker on Thursday morning for Requiem Mass at 11:00 O’clock followed by burial in Esker Cemetery.
She was the daughter of Herbert Shaw who was the Bank Manager of the National Irish Bank in The Square, Millstreet in the 1940s (?), and sister of Rev Fr. Nessan OFM, Capuchian (rip 1997), Mr. P. Shaw, Cork, and Mr. J. Shaw, England. The Crowleys were originally living on Main St. Millstreet, and were later at Coole House, just outside Drishane.
