Kathryn McSweeney who with her Millstreet Community School Students superbly coordinated the creation of the delicious Fair Trade cake (notice the symbol of the person in a world of land and sea) all impressed the large attendance of the Fair Trade Fest at the Parish Centre on 28th February 2015.
