Fondest greetings dear listeners and I wish you all the very best on this calm and rather wet Tuesday morning.  The last one in August.

A very pleasant function was held at the Plaza in our town Square last week, organised by members of our Tidy Towns group and some of the Residents of Drishane. It was a way of celebrating the great liaison that existed between the two groups during the past number of months as they worked together to keep Millstreet a Tidy Town. At a later date our Tidy Towns members were invited to Drishane for a similar celebration.
