Brendan Fitzgerald from Cullen was back from Canada in August with his wife Maureen, son Sean, wife Sharon, Grandchildren Luke and Jack, to visit his brothers and their families. Celebrated the year of the Gathering at the original home of the Fitzgerald Family with most of the Fitzgeralds. What an amazing year to visit Ireland —- glorious weather and the most wonderful scenery in the world! It was the trip of a lifetime.

Hi I just found out that my family tree goes back to Millstreet. My great great grandfather was from there. His name was Richard FitzGerald and was born around 1800. Is there a way for me to get any information on him? His sone born 1828, John Richard FitzGerald came to the US in 1861. He was married to Mary Mahony from Fornai, Cork.
