Celebrating Cork’s Red and White at The Square…Thanks to Kind Sponsor

From left - Jeremiah Keating, Tony McCaul, Denis and Eric Hickey superbly arrange a wonderful Cork colours display of several flags at The Square,Millstreet on Tuesday night (3rd Sept. 2013). It was Deputy Áine Collins, T.D. who sponsored this very impressive feature in support of Cork in next Sunday's All-Ireland Hurling Final in Croke Park. Denis's encouragement to celebrate the occasion especially as Mark Ellis is on the Cork Team - is certainly gaining momentum as we note an increasing number of new displays appearing. 1. Well done Mark and well done to all the people, some of whom are no longer with us, who worked so hard to develop the game of hurling in Millstreet down through the years. It’s a fantastic achievement to have one of our own in the All-Ireland final. Conor, Karl and I will be shouting the rebels on to victory next Monday morning. Corcaigh Abu.
