There will be no Mass on Thursday morning

Mass on Friday: Class of 1983 Reunion at 7.30p.m.

Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament every Tuesday & Wednesday from 10.30a.m. to 10.30p.m. in the Blessed Sacrament Chapel, Millstreet. Requests for Prayer & Special Intentions – a box & slips of papers for these intentions can be found at the back of the Church.  Each Tuesday & Wednesday the box will be placed on the altar for Mass and then placed in the Adoration Chapel so that people attending can pray for them.

CONFESSIONS:  Every Saturday in Millstreet Church 12.30p.m.-1.00p.m.

FIRST FRIDAY CALLS TO THE SICK AND HOUSEBOUND: Fr. Fitzgerald will make calls for the month of September during the coming week.

Everyone is invited to the Parish Centre for a “Gathering” and refreshments after 7.30p.m. Mass on 20th September.  As members of the Millstreet Parish Family we wish to have an open discussion around: “What would enhance your Faith Life?”

Any suggestion to deepen your sense of belonging to the Parish? 

What needs could realistically be met?

Community Notices

v      PLEASE NOTE:  The playground in Millstreet Town Park will be closed all day Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday of next week for painting.

v      MILLSTREET TOWN PARK: Committee meeting next Friday night (6th) in the Canon O’Donovan Centre at 8.30p.m.

v      LITTLE TREASUERS PRE-SCHOOL re-opens on Monday 2nd September at 9.00a.m.

v      MILLSTREET YOUTH CLUB:  It is hoped that Millstreet Youth Club will re-open in October 2013.  If any adults are interested in volunteering with the youth club please contact Madeleine Frissung on (087) 2774919 or at <email>  All volunteers would have the opportunity to take part in training courses, including child protection training and all would be subject to Garda Vetting.
