Here we share a selection of images from the celebratory occasion on Thursday evening in Millstreet Community School where Deputy Principal, Derry Morley introduced Living Scenes Coordinator, John Magee who in turn introduced Dr. Mary Surlis who expressed her heartfelt  joy to all the Students and Adults who has so dedicatedly participated in Living Scenes and who had now been recognised with such a hugely prestigious European Award.   Dr. Mary originally from Charlestown, Co. Mayo and now residing with her family near Galway is responsible for the creation of this fascinating and superb nationwide Intergenerational Project.   She truly deserves a global award for what she has achieved over the past number of years especially for having motivated such amazing projects and for having developed such great and lasting friendships between the generations.   Sincere congratulations to All.  (S.R.)
