Presentation of Vintage Sunday Cheque to Four Worthy Groups
An overall Cheque for €6,000.00 was presented to four very worthy groups (€1,500.00 each) by Millstreet Vintage Club at a special reception in the Wallis Arms Hotel on Friday, 1st June 2012. (S.R.)
Addressing the assembly John Sheehan and Dan Barry outlined the many activities of the Vintage Club. Further presentations were made to Gordon and Breeda O’Keeffe of K&L as well as to Jerry O’Riordan whose vintage car won in a recent rally. Spokespeople from the four groups expressed deep appreciation for the magnificent support. (S.R.)
