Following the celebration of Mass with a very special liturgy in Derrinagree Church the reception continued in Derrinagree N.S. on Thursday night, 29th September 2011. A superb bus service by Jerry Lehane of Rathcoole arranged to transport the many people who had parked in the Church Grounds directly to the school gate where delicious refreshments were served. Then followed inspiring speeches and wonderful presentations to Anne. Here we share a selection of images from the most memorable and enjoyable night – an occasion so special to Anne, husband Tadhg and Family. We wish Anne a very happy, fulfilling and a long, healthy retirement. (S.R.)

Many Congratulations on your Retirement. You looked to have a fantastic night at Derrinagree. We had some great fun back in 1974. Love the photo of you and Mrs Horgan, that is a one to keep.
