Walking Festival This Weekend

Pictured at the Wallis Arms tonight (Friday) following an excellent talk on the Walking Theme by Tom Scriven (seated second from left).

This weekend Millstreet Walking Festival takes place.   A full programme of events have been organised.    Tonight at an inspiring address by Tom Scriven, Cork (and a native of Kilnamartyra) the focus was very much on the wonderful benefits of walking.  Here we view some of those attending as well as a view of Eily Buckley and Tom by one of the relevant maps.   We pray that the many participants will be blessed with excellent weather conditions on both Saturday and Sunday.   Welcome to all our Visitors to the Millstreet area.
