Presentation of Cheque from Rathmore Panto 2011
At "The Star Bar", Rathmore on Friday, 1st April 2011 the presentation of a cheque for €14,000.00 - the proceeds of this year's "Old King Cole" Panto by Rathmore's Marian Players - to Kerry Parents & Friends took place. From left: Margaret O'Sullivan, Val Moynihan, Brian Hickey, Tony Darmody (Kerry Parents & Friends), Eilish Coakley (Rathmore's Marian Players), John O'Sullivan and Carmel O'Keeffe.
Also present on the night were further members of Rathmore’s Marian Players. Tony Darmody accorded very high praise to All involved and spoke about the new building which would be beginning very soon in the Rathmore area in association with Kerry Parents and Friends. Next year sees the 25th Anniversary of the renowned Rathmore Panto.
