It’s that time of year again Spring is well and truly in the air, life has returned to the countryside, and we are fast approaching our new season here at Millstreet Country Park.

Millstreet Country Park will re-open for its 2011 season on Sunday 3^rd April and for Mothers Day! To celebrate the beginning of our new season and Mothers everywhere Millstreet Country Park will host an Open Day and everyone from the community and surrounding areas are welcome and encouraged to visit!

A special Mothers Day Menu will be available from our Cafe / Restaurant; there will be Musical Entertainment in both the Visitor Centre and the Band Stand!  Guided Safari Tours of the Estate will be available throughout the day also.
Advanced Booking is Advised For Mothers Day Lunch to avoid disappointment and ensure seating at your preferred time!

So Bring your Mum! Bring a Friend! Tell a Friend! Everyone is welcome and there is NO ADMISSION FEE for this day! So try somewhere different for that Sunday Drive or for that Special Mothers Day Lunch!

Season Tickets.
Seasonal Tickets are also now due for renewal. Seasonal Tickets are available to all guests and are fantastic value at only €60.00.

Lots happening during the month of April!

• Millstreet Walking Festival Sunday 10th April 2011 where the park is the designated walk for the category C walkers.
• Easter Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday guarantees fun for the whole family.
• MonsterMAC is scheduled to begin and finish in Millstreet Country Park Saturday 30th April – May Bank Holiday Weekend!

Open Day

We are hosting an Admission FREE Open Day of our ground & facilities on Sunday 3^rdApril. Everyone is welcome! So try somewhere different for that Sunday Drive or for Mothers Day Lunch! So Why Not  Bring your Mum! Bring your Friend! Tell your Friend(s)!

Millstreet Walking Festival.

We will welcome participants from all over the country who have registered for the Millstreet Walking Festival Sunday 10^thApril 2011 where M.C.P. is thedesignated walk for the Category C Walkers. Commencing at the Visitor Centre this walk is scheluled for 11am and will take approx2 – 2.5 hours to complete. This walk is suitable for the whole family with lots of historical, archaeological and nature features to see along the route. For further information or to register please contact 087 3528750. So get your hiking boots out and on and come along!

Mothers Day Lunch Menu.

A Special Mothers Day Lunch Menu will be available in our Cafe / Restaurant Sunday 3rd April. Pre – Booking is not essential but is strongly advised.
