As Millstreet Pipe Band led the Victory Parade for Deputy Áine Collins, the newly elected Fine Gael T.D., through Millstreet town on Sunday night, 27th Feb. 2011 an uplifting cheerful spirit was very much in evidence. Here we share highlights of the historic parade.
