Here we share a selection of images from the superb 60th Birthday Celebrations for Martin Cleary, Clara Road, Millstreet. The well known and very popular Martin who is Sacristan at St. Patrick’s Church, Millstreet truly got a mighty surprise when, having arrived at “Clara Inn”, Church Street on Friday 3rd December he was greeted by a huge number of people who had assembled there for the surprise party. Besides an excellent musician from Mallow, an “Elvis” impersonator arrived later to the great joy of all. Martin received a special Elvis scarf to mark his special occasion. Ursula Pomeroy had the beautiful Birthday Cake ready bringing the splendid night to a fitting conclusion. Happy Birthday from All, Martin.
It was a fantastic night, i am so glad that i went over from Manchester to join my Uncle on his birthday celebrations. xx
What a selection of great photo’s which has captured the night. I travelled from Northamptonshire and I would not have missed it for the world. We had a fab night. Thanks to Kay and JohnPaul for all their hard work. Arrived back home on Monday night to freezing fog and -11 degrees. Reta x
