Sam’s Tour continued today (Tuesday) with Donncha O’Connor (Ballydesmond) and Paul O’Flynn (Ballyclough) starting off in Meelin this morning.   Arriving in Millstreet just after midday it was firstly to Presentation N.S. for a very colourful and enthusiastic reception.    Superbly colourful welcomes were accorded in various settings.   It was then on to Scoil Mhuire, Millstreet BNS and onwards to Cloghoula N.S..   By 2pm John Tarrant and I were recording Sam & Co. at Millstreet Community School and we had now been joined by Jerry O’Sullivan.    A very special visit to St. Joseph’s Community Hospital, Millstreet was followed by a break for refreshments and lots of photographs at Coleman’s Centra.   Sam’s next visit to Millstreet, it is believed, will be for a brief appearance at the National Dairy Show in Millstreet’s Green Glens on this Saturday, 16th Oct. 2010.    (Seán)
