“The Twelve Counties Railtour MkII”

Saturday 22nd May 2010
Originally scheduled to run on the 3rd October 2009 but having to be cancelled due to the bridge collapse at Malahide, we again offer participants a full days diesel hauled travel in comfortable conventional hauled coaches travelling the length of the island of Ireland. Covering over 650 miles and travelling through 12 of Ireland’s 32 counties, the tour represents one of the longest out and back journeys that can be accommodated within the normal daily operating hours of today’s railways.
